Role Overview
This full-time position centers on advancing an AI-driven recruitment platform named Zara to automate sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement tasks. The recruiter will apply advanced machine learning and AI knowledge to enhance recruitment workflows and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deploy scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models to boost candidate matching precision and operational efficiency of Zara.
- Build and maintain backend systems for natural language processing tasks like resume parsing and job description analysis.
- Integrate the AI recruiter with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and external job boards using APIs.
- Work closely with data scientists and product managers to improve AI training datasets and assess model effectiveness.
- Ensure recruitment procedures comply with privacy laws and ethical standards in AI usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in Python programming, including familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong background in natural language processing using libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face.
- Experience deploying scalable AI applications in production settings.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker.
- Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL database systems for data retrieval and integration.
- Understanding of ethical AI practices and strategies to prevent bias in recruitment algorithms.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Competence in developing data pipelines and ETL workflows.
