Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Go Software Engineer to join our client’s team remotely, contributing to the development of advanced dialog agents utilized in education, entertainment, and question-answering applications. This full-time position involves collaborating across various teams to define, design, and implement innovative features.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated code and solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and follow best development practices.
• Coordinate development cycles by setting priorities, project objectives, and deadlines.
• Address complex coding challenges using expertise in Go during AI validation and system integration phases.
• Confirm precision, efficiency, and reliability of AI-produced code by performing validation checks.
• Examine codebases, provide constructive critiques, and nurture a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous enhancement.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of three years of relevant software engineering experience, including leadership capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in Go programming language and established software development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI systems and code-generation technologies, particularly involving large language model (LLM) training.
• Active participation in public GitHub repositories, contributing to new features and refactoring large-scale codebases.
