Go Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Go Software Engineer to join a client-focused team dedicated to creating advanced dialog agents for applications in education, entertainment, and question-answering systems. This full-time remote position allows you to work from anywhere, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative features.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated code and solutions ensuring compliance with quality and development standards.
• Manage development cycles by establishing priorities, setting project objectives, and meeting deadlines.
• Troubleshoot intricate coding challenges applying expertise in the Go programming language during AI validation and integration phases.
• Conduct validation processes to confirm AI-generated code is accurate, efficient, and reliable.
• Critically analyze code, offer constructive feedback, and nurture an environment that promotes innovation and ongoing improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field.
• Have a minimum of three years of relevant software engineering experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Show strong proficiency in the Go programming language along with comprehensive knowledge of software development best practices.
• Experience working with AI systems and code-generation technologies, including training large language models (LLMs).
• Active participation in public GitHub projects, contributing to features and refactoring extensive codebases.
