Role Overview

The Task Associate plays a vital role in operational excellence by supporting sales initiatives and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This position involves maintaining stocked merchandise, ensuring store cleanliness, and executing assigned tasks meticulously. Responsibilities include assisting Merchandise and Operations Managers to uphold performance metrics, enhancing team and guest interactions, and complying with established procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support retail sales goals by ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks and maintaining product availability for customers.
• Adhere to compliance and operational execution targets related to task management, shipment handling, replenishment, merchandise displays, and inventory control.
• Be punctual with reliable and consistent attendance.
• Cultivate an inclusive atmosphere that encourages collaboration among team members and fosters positive interactions with guests.
• Participate regularly in training programs covering brand knowledge and product categories to promote continuous professional growth and sales effectiveness.
• Maintain awareness of and comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards, including dress code adherence.
• Successfully complete merchandise resets, planogram arrangements, marketing displays, physical inventory tasks, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
• Ensure assigned work areas are well-stocked, correctly signed, and visually appealing, with testers readily available.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout sales floors, restrooms, cashwrap areas, backrooms, and break spaces.
• Protect company assets by implementing loss prevention strategies and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferred educational background: High school diploma.
• Preferred work experience: At least one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Comfortable using basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions and Requirements

• Capable of working varied schedules, including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Physical requirements include constant mobility throughout the store, frequent standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, and lifting or carrying items up to 25 pounds.
• Ongoing physical coordination and manipulation of objects during the shift.
