Role Summary

The Task Associate supports operational excellence to drive sales by ensuring merchandise is stocked, the store is clean, and assigned tasks are completed efficiently. This role contributes to a superior guest experience by assisting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance metrics, people engagement, and procedural compliance. Attention to detail and adherence to established processes are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Help achieve and surpass store retail objectives by executing tasks timely and keeping products available for customers.
• Complete operational processes including shipment handling, merchandise restocking, inventory counting, and task dashboard compliance.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Support an inclusive environment among teammates and guests.
• Engage regularly in training programs related to brand and category to enhance skills and sales performance.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standards diligently, including dress code compliance.
• Conduct merchandise resets, planogram setups, marketing display installations, inventory procedures, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
• Maintain store areas fully stocked, organized, and clean including sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention best practices while providing excellent guest service.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma.
• At least one year of relevant work experience or equivalent educational and experiential combination preferred.
• Proficiency using basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements

• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Physical requirements include frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and lifting or carrying up to 25 lbs throughout the shift.
• Continuous movement and coordination are expected during the shift.
