Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a reputable nursing home near Ipswich, specializing in general and dementia nursing alongside residential and respite care for elderly residents. The facility is rated as Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and operates under one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a vital role within the care team, fostering residents' well-being and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Support residents with daily living tasks, ranging from personal hygiene to facilitating outings and offering companionship.
- Promote independence and assist vulnerable individuals with their routines and activities.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records at all times.

Qualifications

Employment Details and Benefits
This is a permanent full-time position working 36 hours per week on a variety of shifts. Compensation is competitive, offering an hourly rate of GBP 13.45, equating to an approximate annual salary of GBP 25,178.40.
