About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Structural Engineer to join a well-established Civil & Structural Design Consultancy based in Guildford. The position offers a salary range of £30,000 to £40,000 annually. Ideal candidates will be graduates with strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills, residing within commuting distance to Guildford. This role is suited for individuals aiming to obtain Chartership quickly and who have some experience in buildings structural design.

Job Responsibilities

You will be engaged in hands-on structural design work, report writing, concept development, conducting surveys, and collaborating with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary design teams. Responsibilities also involve attending project sites and meetings. Projects typically vary in value from £6 million to £20 million, spanning multiple sectors. Engineers here take comprehensive ownership of their projects and actively contribute across all aspects.
