Company and Role Overview
Join KPMG Middle East as a Strategy Consultant and contribute to the development of one of the region's fastest expanding economies by working on landmark projects. The Global Strategy Group (GSG) operates globally with over 3500 consultants serving multiple industries such as the Public Sector, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, Transportation, Technology, Manufacturing, and Retail. GSG partners with leadership teams to define vision and craft innovative strategies emphasizing agility, customer focus, and operational excellence to ensure success in evolving markets.
This role involves hands-on collaboration with clients throughout strategy development and implementation, securing results by accelerating progress, maximizing value, and mitigating risks. GSG seeks experienced strategy consultants to bolster growth in the Middle East market.
Key Duties
- Engage in one or multiple client projects, including managing portions of large-scale initiatives.
- Produce superior quality deliverables infused with insightful analysis and innovative strategic thinking.
- Manage project scope, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets effectively to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Mentor and support the professional development of junior colleagues.
- Participate in business development efforts through proposal creation and the generation of thought leadership content.
- Drive practice growth and contribute to sector-specific program initiatives.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Between 3 to 4 years of prior experience in strategy consulting.
- Possession of an MBA from a leading business school or a postgraduate diploma in business, finance, or economics from a prestigious university.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills combined with high cognitive ability.
- A genuine interest in exploring new ideas, methods, and perspectives.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
- Experience working within the UAE or broader Middle East preferred.
