The position offers exposure to compliance transformation, forensic investigations, and risk management within a dynamic and client-facing environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and improve Ethics & Compliance frameworks tailored to client needs.
  • Lead compliance transformation projects including designing target operating models.
  • Conduct forensic and compliance investigations such as fraud and misconduct inquiries.
  • Manage third-party risk and perform due diligence assessments.
  • Execute compliance risk assessments, identify gaps, and recommend practical remediation.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with both global and local regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging compliance risks, enforcement actions, and industry guidelines, notably in energy and oil & gas sectors.
  • Oversee client engagements: plan, budget, maintain quality, meet deadlines, and supervise senior and junior team members.
  • Act as a regulatory expert and reference point for the team on compliance matters.
  • Support business development by identifying ethics and compliance service opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.

  • In-depth understanding of compliance frameworks, investigative processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Professional certifications such as CFE, CCEP, ICA, or equivalents are beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of Arabic language considered an advantage.
