Role Overview
We are seeking a Stores Coordinator to lead the management and security of Regional Inventory Stores and sub-stores, ensuring daily operations run efficiently. This position includes delivering an effective e-Procurement service to support operational teams with necessary materials and resources.

Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards in materials management and e-Procurement
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple warehouse locations and liaise with stakeholders regarding inventory movement and availability
- Oversee NWR Stores operations and pioneer improvements in processes, work practices, and KPIs through continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhance and maintain reporting mechanisms
- Provide functional leadership and guidance on stores management and procurement policy adherence
- Maintain occupational health and safety compliance, proactively identifying and reporting hazards
- Perform stock handling, including loading/unloading and paperwork processing when required
Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in stores or warehouse operations, including handling chemicals safely
- Strong skills in influencing, negotiating, and collaborating across organizational levels
- Track record of leading process and continuous improvement projects to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Effective administrative and customer service abilities
- Proficient with inventory management software and PC tools such as SAP MM, SAP PM, e-Procurement systems, and Microsoft Office
- Mandatory licenses include High Risk Forklift, C Class driver’s license, and Construction Card (blue or white)
- Preferred qualifications include Certificate IV in Warehousing Distribution, First Aid certification, and Dangerous Goods Operator Certificate
