We are seeking a Store Manager who will be instrumental in bringing the passion of fandom to life by leading the team toward meeting sales objectives, recruiting top talent, developing employees, and managing overall performance. Key Responsibilities
- Drive the store to achieve or exceed sales targets and comparable sales goals.
- Recruit, nurture, and maintain a highly collaborative and passionate staff to support day-to-day operations.
- Generate store visibility and customer engagement by leveraging social media platforms, store web applications, and clienteling strategies.
- Maintain an operationally efficient store by implementing structured delegation, autonomy, and customer-focused sales practices.
- Monitor loss prevention, payroll, scheduling, and external business factors vigilantly.
- Collaborate closely with retail leadership and headquarters, sharing insights on customer trends and feedback.
- Analyze sales reports and utilize data-driven strategies to meet sales objectives.
- Adapt to new technologies and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, with careful management of store inventory and spending.
- Oversee merchandising to ensure displays are compelling and aligned with planograms; execute promotions timely.
- Develop a strong team by mentoring, recognizing achievements, and providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years managing retail store teams with demonstrated success in leadership, recruitment, and business operations including payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising.
- High school diploma or GED required; higher education credentials are favorable.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic retail environment and respond effectively to unexpected challenges.
- Open-minded interest in pop culture, fandoms, and music trends.
- Physical capacity to navigate store environments, merchandise products using approved equipment, and handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Compensation
This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.45. Final salary considerations will be based on education, location, experience, and role requirements.
