This growth is driven by passionate and commercially focused managers. We seek an experienced Floor/Department Manager to join our energetic team and contribute to further success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise teams on the sales floors to ensure smooth operations.
- Exemplify and promote the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, training your team to consistently maintain high standards.
- Create and foster an engaging and motivating environment for all colleagues.
- Provide immediate feedback and recognize achievements to boost morale.
- Assist in maintaining outstanding store presentation by upholding visual merchandising standards consistent with the Sports Direct brand.
- Drive store sales performance, aiming to exceed targets and maximize potential across the floors.
- Ensure the team follows best practices and continuously enhances brand knowledge to support commercial objectives.
