Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager
  • Oversee store appearance including order management, ensuring presentation guidelines are followed, and handle daily operational duties
  • Manage personnel tasks such as creating work schedules and supporting employee growth
  • Recruit new team members to build and strengthen your store team
  • Maintain communication with regional management, reviewing performance and planning store development

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

  • Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
  • Entrepreneurially minded with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, spread over five days including regular weekends and evenings
  • Willingness to participate in an eight-week induction program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
  • Alignment with company values including teamwork, discipline, cost awareness, simplicity, respect, and customer focus
