Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the assistant store manager.
• Oversee the store's appearance, manage ordering processes, ensure adherence to presentation standards, and handle daily operational tasks.
• Manage personnel responsibilities including creating work schedules and fostering employee growth.
• Recruit and build your store team.
• Communicate regularly with regional management to discuss store performance and development.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset paired with a high level of responsibility.
• Effective communication skills necessary to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback.
• Availability for 40 hours weekly, working five days per week including regular evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week training program at one of our trainer stores in Germany.
