Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Overseeing store appearance, managing procurement processes, implementing presentation standards, and handling daily operational tasks
• Handling staff management including creating work schedules and promoting employee development
• Taking charge of recruiting efforts to grow the store team
• Maintaining communication with regional management to discuss results and store progress

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a comparable retail management position
• Entrepreneurial mindset and accountability in daily operations
• Strong communication skills to motivate and develop the team through constructive feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week over five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to complete an eight-week onboarding at one of the company's trainer stores in Germany
