Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager.
- Oversee all aspects of store appearance, including inventory ordering, compliance with presentation standards, and managing daily operations.
- Handle personnel responsibilities such as creating work schedules and promoting staff development.
- Conduct recruiting activities to build and sustain a strong store team.
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with the regional management regarding performance outcomes and store development.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training, with preferred prior experience in a comparable retail leadership role.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week across five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
- Commitment to an eight-week onboarding program in one of our training stores within Germany.
