Position Details
This full-time role involves managing a retail store based in Hamburg, working 40 hours per week across five days including evenings and weekends on a regular basis. The role includes a comprehensive 8-week training period in a designated trainer store in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing your store team with support from the deputy store manager.
- Maintaining store appearance by overseeing the ordering process, implementing presentation guidelines, and handling daily operational tasks.
- Personnel management including creating work schedules and fostering employee development.
- Recruitment efforts to build and expand your store team.
- Collaborating regularly with regional management to discuss results and support store development.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training; preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong responsibility and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback.
- Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week over five days, including regular evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to participate in an eight-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores.
