Responsibilities

• Lead your store team supported by the deputy store manager
• Manage store appearance, ordering process, adhere to display guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks
• Exercise personnel responsibility including creating duty rosters and promoting employee development
• Recruit staff to build and strengthen your store team
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; preferably experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of responsibility
• Strong communication skills to motivate and guide your team through constructive feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week, five days per week, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week training period at one of our trainer stores in Germany
