- Base salary starting at €3,640 gross per month for full-time employment
Responsibilities
- Lead your store team supported by the deputy store manager
- Manage store appearance, ordering process, adhere to display guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks
- Exercise personnel responsibility including creating duty rosters and promoting employee development
- Recruit staff to build and strengthen your store team
- Collaborate with regional management to discuss results and store development
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training; preferably experience in a similar retail management role
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of responsibility
- Strong communication skills to motivate and guide your team through constructive feedback
- Availability for 40 hours per week, five days per week, including regular weekend and evening shifts
- Willingness to participate in an eight-week training period at one of our trainer stores in Germany

Working hours consist of a 40-hour workweek.
