Stocking 1 Team Associate

Job Overview

This role involves delivering outstanding customer service while performing assigned stocking tasks. The associate will contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment by accurately stocking selected and new products. Working collaboratively within a team, strategic planning and execution of tasks will be based on operational needs and workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and assist them in promoting products or services, finding merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns appropriately.
• Assess workload for designated store areas to prioritize tasks.
• Properly sign merchandise with accuracy.
• Maintain the integrity of shelving and modular displays while monitoring capacity errors.
• Manage merchandise and bins related to Customer Availability Process to ensure stock availability.
• Utilize appropriate fixtures, supplies, and tools to complete tasks efficiently.
• Promote workplace safety by adhering to company policies, performing safety sweep logs, and confirming secure displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the backroom area to facilitate the stock unloading process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

Additional Information

The starting wage for this position is $17.65 per hour.
