Role Overview

As a Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operations behind the scenes in the hotel kitchen and support areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
• Maintain clear and hazard-free floors and workspaces to promote safety
• Handle and operate kitchen cleaning machinery efficiently

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• A strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the hotel industry
