Job Overview

Vilva Jewels is seeking a competent Shopify Developer based in R S Puram, Coimbatore, to design, develop, and maintain efficient eCommerce websites utilizing the Shopify platform. This full-time role requires 2 to 5 years of experience. The salary range offered is ₹25,000 to ₹32,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, customize, and manage Shopify stores with various themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
• Handle Shopify store setup, including domain registration, payment gateways, and shipping methods configuration.
• Incorporate third-party applications and APIs, and optimize site performance, speed, responsiveness, and ensure mobile compatibility as well as SEO-friendly designs.
• Troubleshoot technical problems promptly and implement effective solutions.
• Apply on-page SEO practices to enhance product pages and navigation structure for improved conversion rates.
• Set up and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Business Manager accounts, including Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, domain verification, and event tracking.
• Integrate Google Ads by linking Shopify store to Google Ads account and Google Merchant Center, set up conversion tracking, and configure Google Tag Manager.
• Possess fundamental understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, ROAS, and CTR.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Shopify platform and experience in customizing themes.
• Hands-on experience managing product uploads including details, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating language.
• Understanding of eCommerce UX/UI design principles.
• Basic familiarity with Meta and Google Ads setup and management.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify Plus is advantageous.
• Knowledge in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and digital marketing funnels.
• Experience managing product catalog advertisements.
