About the Role and Project

MACA delivers mining services for Regis Resources, who fully own the Duketon Operations. The scope includes loading and hauling, drilling and blasting activities, as well as fleet maintenance. The site is located on Bandya Road, 90km north of Laverton, Western Australia. Equipment on site includes Komatsu excavators and dump trucks, CAT dozers, and Epiroc T45 drills.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence.
• Prior experience working on mine sites specifically as a serviceperson.
• Skilled in servicing heavy mobile mining machinery.
• Capability to operate equipment for maintenance and inspections.
• Proficient in monitoring plant and equipment conditions, identifying and reporting oil and fuel leaks, and ensuring stock availability of oil, grease, and fuel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
• Good knowledge of and adherence to Work Health & Safety policies and procedures.
