About the Role and Project
Join the MACA Crushing team working at the Beebyn Iron Ore Project, owned by Fenix Resources, located approximately 70km north-northwest of Cue, Western Australia. This position offers an exciting opportunity for Maintenance Planners with experience seeking new challenges. The role operates on an 8 days on/6 days off roster with fly-in fly-out options from Perth or drive-in drive-out from Geraldton, fostering a close-knit team environment at one of Western Australia's highest-grade iron ore mines.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate daily maintenance schedules and workshop jobs.
- Manage allocation of labor, parts, and equipment to meet project deadlines.
- Track progress of assigned tasks and adjust planning as necessary.
- Collaborate with supervisors, trades personnel, and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain precise records of job scheduling and completion.
- Actively identify and resolve any workflow disruptions.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least two years of experience in a comparable coordination or scheduling position.
- Mechanical trade certification is preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities and time management expertise.
- Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced workshop setting.
- Excellent communication skills paired with strong problem-solving aptitude.
