Overview

Join the Bunnings team in Dunedin as a Senior Supervisor in Replenishment and experience retail operations from the management side. This role involves supporting store leadership and ensuring smooth daily operations within a specified department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exemplify excellent customer service and lead the team to deliver helpful and friendly customer interactions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to teammates on service standards and behaviors.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Maintain merchandising standards that align with business requirements.
  • Coordinate stock management activities efficiently.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for retail and customer service.
  • Previous experience supervising teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for coaching and developing team members.
  • Motivated to achieve team results and maintain high standards.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers with confidence and approachability.
  • Willing to learn about new products regularly.
  • Physically capable of being on feet for extended periods and flexible to work across various shifts.
