Senior Solutions Engineer

Role Summary

The Senior Solutions Engineer will focus on cultivating and enhancing strategic collaborations with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Managed Services Providers (MSPs) throughout the Asia-Pacific region. This role is essential to empowering partners to effectively present, design, and deliver solutions that achieve client objectives and boost revenue through partner-led initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Empower GSIs and MSPs to position and implement scalable solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Plan and execute technical enablement programs for key partners.
• Lead workshops, technical briefings, and architecture sessions for partner teams.
• Assist partners in developing solution offerings and service packages.
• Collaborate with partners to define repeatable solution architectures and managed service offerings.
• Guide integration strategies within partner ecosystems.
• Offer technical advice on positioning and differentiating solutions in the market.
• Support sales and account teams in managing joint business opportunities driven or influenced by partners.
• Help craft joint value propositions and solution messaging aligned with regional requirements.
• Assist partners with pre-sales technical discovery and complex enterprise architectural guidance.
• Engage in key customer interactions alongside partners to expedite deal progression through technical validation.
• Work in unison with sales, alliances, product, and services units to maximize partner success.
• Communicate insights from partners to internal teams to refine strategies and execution plans.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with GSIs and/or MSPs.
• Comprehensive understanding of partner-driven sales strategies and services-based business models.
• Proven ability in supporting enterprise-level solution architectures.
• Capability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
• Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders in partner and internal environments.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Experience in implementing technical enablement programs aimed at partners.
• Comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures in the ASEAN and India region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a Partner Solutions Engineer, Partner Architect, or comparable positions.
• Familiarity with security, observability, or data platform technologies.
• Knowledge of Splunk or similar platforms is beneficial.
• Experience in developing or supporting managed service solutions.
• Exposure to regional or global partner ecosystems.
