Candidate Profile

• Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, client-facing, or consultative service roles.
• Experience in service sales, B2B selling, professional services, banking, hospitality, or customer relations is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for relationship building.
• Commercially driven with a strong determination to achieve and surpass targets.
• Resilient and proactive, comfortable operating in performance-focused environments.
• Curious and eager to continually learn about industries, businesses, and market dynamics.
• Self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.
• No prior recruitment experience is necessary as extensive training and mentorship are provided.
