About Cargill and Role Overview

As an essential part of the supply chain, we collaborate with producers and customers to source, process, and deliver products vital to life. Our Food Enterprise division focuses on serving food manufacturers, hospitality clients, and retailers with an innovative range of ingredients and brand-name products such as poultry, beef, eggs, alternative proteins, salts, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa, and chocolate.
From August 2026 to February 2027, at our Berlin-Reinickendorf site, we are implementing an SAP system. As a SAP Administrator supporting this transition, your core responsibility will be to ensure stable system usage and facilitate a sustainable introduction of SAP-supported workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP-based production processes to maintain smooth operations.
- Serve as the main SAP contact for queries and coordinate closely with system administrators.
- Contribute to stabilizing and enhancing production process workflows.
- Daily validation, auditing, and correction of production and process data to guarantee high data quality.
- Document discrepancies and data transmission errors.
- Assist in analyzing relevant production data for reporting purposes.
- Support closure of production orders by verifying completeness and system integrity.
- Validate production quantities and report losses.
- Oversee and reconcile inventory movements aligned with production activities.
- Monitor and correct production-related stock records.
- Perform data corrections and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Support continuous operational efficiency and stable system usage.
- Undertake additional assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completed vocational training in commercial, business administration, or IT-related fields (e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk, IT specialist) or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in analyzing, preparing, and evaluating data sets.
- Proficiency with reporting tools and generating insightful reports.
- Excellent command of German language, both spoken and written.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
- Preferably experience working with SAP systems, especially SAP ERP.
- Basic knowledge of English language.
- Familiarity with process optimization and continuous improvement methods.
- Experience in system testing, data validation, or involvement in SAP implementation projects.
- Ability to create and maintain documentation effectively.
