Key Responsibilities

In your role as Project Manager, you will oversee the timely execution and delivery of designated projects and processes. Your duties include planning, coordinating, reporting, and ensuring seamless transition to business teams while nurturing strong partnerships across internal departments and supporting country operations.

• Deliver projects on schedule and implement corrective measures when outcomes diverge from targets.
• Lead initiatives to meet objectives, reduce risks, and enhance team quality standards.
• Manage execution quality for one-time projects and procedural changes.
• Support financial business cases through data analysis and research.
• Establish project governance frameworks, reporting systems, and standardized templates.
• Collaborate with Commercial, MS, Finance, and Operations teams to prioritize tasks and collect insights.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Develop policies, procedures, and training resources.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and effective execution across departments.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies with plans for mitigation.
• Communicate updates and results clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancement.
• Lead or assist change management efforts to ensure adoption of new systems and processes.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Exceptional organizational and structured work approach with attention to detail.
• Advanced analytical skills including data export from MicroStrategy, data structuring, and financial modeling for decision support.
• Ability to draft detailed specifications for financial operations and accounting systems.
• Experience interfacing with clients, including regulatory bodies such as Zatca.
• Solid understanding of technology and its application.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills working with internal teams up to Senior Management and external partners.
• Previous background in Operations within Fintech or Finance sectors is advantageous.
• Self-driven, proactive problem solver, and cooperative team member.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Desirable Competencies

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of MicroStrategy and Salesforce considered a plus.

Education and Experience

A Master’s degree in Economics, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have five to eight years of project management experience within an international environment.
