Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Salesforce Center of Excellence or equivalent practice with 3 to 5 years of governance or leadership experience.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive multi-year Salesforce platform roadmap aligned with IT and business strategies.
- Implement architecture governance processes including design reviews, solution blueprints, coding and naming standards, and environment strategies such as org structure decisions.
- Oversee CoE operations encompassing intake procedures, prioritization frameworks, demand management, and capacity planning across lines of business.
- Provide architectural oversight across various Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, Financial Services, Health, Marketing, Data, Revenue/CPQ, and Agentforce.
- Create reusable accelerators and frameworks like LWC components, OmniStudio templates, integration solutions, and Flow libraries to streamline project delivery.
- Manage assessment and technical due diligence for AppExchange and ISV solutions integration.
- Supervise concurrent project deliveries ensuring compliance with architectural standards, code quality, and CoE protocols.
- Serve as the chief technical consultant to business stakeholders, product owners, and executive leadership concerning Salesforce capabilities and platform direction.
- Maintain strategic relationships with Salesforce account teams to monitor plans around product roadmaps, licensing, and platform updates.
- Govern vendor and systems integrator partnerships with responsibilities for contract reviews, quality assurance audits, and knowledge transfer oversight.
