Role Overview

The Testing Project Manager will lead manual and automation testing efforts, bringing 10 to 15 years of experience. This role involves managing test teams, driving automation, overseeing project delivery using various methodologies, and maintaining strong stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Manage testing teams ranging from 15 to 25 members effectively.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks in project execution.
• Plan, estimate, budget, and manage resources for testing projects.
• Promote automation adoption for regression and E2E test suites with metrics on ROI and maturity.
• Engage with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Zephyr, ALM, Postman, SoapUI.
• Conduct API testing, SQL/database testing, and mainframe testing efforts.
• Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices for continuous testing enhancements.
• Maintain excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications and Certifications

• B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization.
• Professional certifications in project management like PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.
• ISTQB Test Manager certification.
• Knowledge of AI-driven testing and quality engineering technology.
