Job description

About Deputy

Deputy is a globally recognized SaaS workforce management company with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, San Francisco, and London, alongside team members working remotely across the U.S. Our platform supports over 1.5 million workers and 375,000 workplaces across more than 100 countries. Recently achieving Unicorn status, Deputy is backed by prestigious international investors.

Our mission focuses on improving the workplaces of hourly workers—80% of the global workforce—including baristas, cleaners, nurses, delivery drivers, and factory workers. Unlike traditional workplace technology focused on desk-based employees, Deputy transforms frontline workforce management, making businesses more profitable, compliant, and productive while increasing worker engagement and satisfaction.

Deputy is evolving into an AI-native company, encouraging the use of AI tools and innovative problem-solving daily. You'll receive support, training, and autonomy to apply AI responsibly and creatively to enhance workflows.
