About Humanforce
Humanforce aims to simplify work and enhance life for frontline and flexible workforces through a leading human capital management (HCM) suite that integrates Workforce Management, HR, Talent, Payroll, and Wellbeing. Since 2002, Humanforce has supported over 2300 customers and nearly one million employees across more than 30 countries in various sectors like aged, child and health care, education, hospitality, retail, and local government. Its presence spans Australia, New Zealand, the UK, North America, and the Philippines.
Humanforce is committed to embedding AI deeply into its core operations, transforming the way work is accomplished, products are built, decisions are made, and customers served. This transformation represents a fundamental shift toward an AI-native organization, reshaping roles, workflows, and productivity rather than applying incremental improvements.

- Continuously improve outreach approaches, messaging, and discovery techniques to boost conversion rates and surpass activity goals.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture by sharing successes, insights, and feedback openly.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Between 6 and 12 months of experience in an SDR or BDR role, with a proven track record in meeting outbound activity and pipeline objectives.
- Confident, professional phone communication skills, comfortable with cold calling and representing the company with credibility.
- Outgoing, energetic, and personable with a natural ability to engage warmly in conversations.
- Strong team player with a good cultural fit, committed to uplifting colleagues and contributing positively to team dynamics.
- Experience in B2B sales, understanding the synergy between sales and marketing in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with keen attention to detail.
- High commercial awareness, capable of qualifying prospects swiftly and pinpointing business challenges.
- Disciplined, consistent, and results-oriented mindset focused on hitting activity targets.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, outbound-centric work environment.
- Experience using AI tools in daily tasks or a strong willingness to learn and apply AI to improve productivity and outreach outcomes.
