Role Overview
We are currently expanding our Kelowna team and seeking dedicated Sales Associates to join us at our Kelowna store located at 2514 N Hwy 97. This role offers professional growth, recognition for achievements, and a chance to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable home products that fit their needs.
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets consistently.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Develop relationships by engaging with customers through phone, online leads, and in-person visits.
- Stay organized and ensure all customer requirements are addressed thoroughly.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a high school diploma.
- Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in retail or commission-based roles.
- Confident, goal-oriented sales attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new technology platforms.
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active on the sales floor.
