Requirements

• Up to three years of experience in retail sales.
• Confidence and ease in initiating conversations with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Enthusiasm for athletic products and a strong motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to independently start and complete tasks without extensive supervision.
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
