Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests in selecting suitable furniture products that align with their home needs and preferences.
  • Achieve or surpass specified sales targets.
  • Maintain current knowledge about products, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships leveraging calls, online leads, and in-store visitor interactions.
  • Stay organized and ensure all guest requirements are addressed promptly and thoroughly.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possession of a high school diploma.
  • Minimum of two years experience in sales, preferably in retail or commission-based roles.
  • Results-oriented sales mindset paired with confidence.
  • Strong abilities in communication and organization.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office applications and aptitude for learning new digital systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical capability to lift items up to 30 pounds and sustain active engagement on the sales floor.
