Role Overview
A prominent Pharmaceutical organization located in Cork is seeking an experienced Right Information Technician to become part of their Site Projects team. This position involves supporting multiple discipline projects by developing accurate maintenance information critical to project delivery within a GMP manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate as an integral member of the Right Information Team within a dynamic project engineering function on a GMP compliant manufacturing site.
- Formulate maintenance strategies adhering strictly to departmental procedures and standardized approaches.
- Partner with project and process engineers to compile comprehensive maintenance data necessary for capital projects.
- Liaise with maintenance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure all maintenance information aligns with established maintenance standards.
- Develop data loaders to efficiently input information into the site’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in maintenance or engineering roles, preferably within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sectors.
- Proven capability to work autonomously and proactively while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
- Competency in interpreting and analyzing Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Proficiency in IT applications including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Prior experience with MAXIMO or other CMMS platforms is essential.
