Role Overview

As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the store, setting a positive example and directly engaging with customers. Whether assisting customers at the front or maintaining warehouse standards, the customer’s satisfaction will continually be your priority. Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 10am to 6pm

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team by setting a standard of excellence and actively hosting in-store activities.
• Understand customer requirements thoroughly and offer guidance to direct them towards the best product solutions.
• Ensure smooth operation of store functions including cash reconciliations, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining audit compliance, and overseeing stock management.
• Collaborate with team members to cultivate a motivated, enjoyable, and high-achieving work environment.

• Proven experience supervising or managing a small team in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to convert service quality into sales.

Additional Information

Our hourly pay rates might include a location-based allowance subject to annual review and adjustment.
