About the Role

You will play a key role by leading through example, whether assisting customers at the front or maintaining warehouse standards. Our comprehensive training programs and flexible shifts will support a balanced work-life while paving the way for your career advancement.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
  • Saturday: 7am to 6pm
  • Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead as the in-store team captain, setting standards for excellent customer service and guiding customers to suitable products effortlessly.
  • Maintain store operations including cash handling, customer issue resolution, compliance audits, and stock control.
  • Collaborate closely with your team, fostering a sense of pride and enjoyment in the workplace.

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced in supervisory or duty management roles within fast-paced environments managing small teams.
  • Exemplary customer service skills with an ability to drive sales through customer engagement.
  • Curious and proactive in seeking improvements and questioning processes.
  • Passionate about the business and its success.
  • Dependable, honest, adaptable, friendly, and hardworking.
