Role Overview

We are seeking two experienced Project Leads for the Member Services team to manage and coordinate cross-functional and cross-product strategic initiatives. Collaborating with senior leadership and various stakeholders, these roles will ensure project governance, coordination, and delivery success across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate activities across diverse teams and workstreams related to strategic initiatives or their phases.
  • Establish governance frameworks, monitoring, and reporting schedules to effectively drive initiative delivery.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones to guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Support initiative owners by providing transparency about ongoing projects, enabling leadership to prioritize, assess workloads, and gauge team readiness.
  • Engage with Product Managers, Business Improvement Specialists, Subject Matter Experts, delivery units, Change Managers, Communications, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to facilitate project success.
  • Ensure all projects align with regulatory guidelines, organizational priorities, and meet customer expectations.
  • Deliver consistent communication, accountability, and visibility throughout all project phases.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate thrives within complex project environments and is adept at uniting teams to meet objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven history of leading or coordinating complex projects, programs, or business initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in project management practices, including governance, planning, reporting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple business units and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and capability to navigate both Agile and traditional delivery models.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders.
  • Experience within regulated sectors, applying sound risk management approaches.
  • Relevant business qualifications or equivalent practical experience in project delivery, change management, risk control, or business improvement.
