  • Proactively identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide support and guidance to the project management team handling multiple Munster-region projects.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience managing projects in the construction sector.
  • Experience in civil or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
  • Consultancy experience advantageous but not required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project delivery stages from start to finish.
  • Exceptional client engagement and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Valid driving license and readiness to travel to various project locations as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary ranging from €75,000 to €90,000, depending on experience.
  • Permanent, full-time employment.
  • Access to a substantial pipeline of projects throughout Munster.
  • Exposure to varied construction and infrastructure assignments.
  • Opportunities for career growth within a progressive consultancy environment.
  • Supportive workplace culture promoting collaboration.
  • Chance for candidates from contractor roles to transition into consultancy careers.
