About the Role

The Travel Experts UK is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join its remote Canadian operations. This role integrates project coordination, tracking, and status reporting to ensure seamless handoff quality, clear decision traceability, and consistent visibility of task ownership from project intake through handoff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects within the Canadian workflow, utilizing risk tracking and timeline management to maintain thorough quality control and accountability throughout the process.
  • Assess incoming project information for completeness and consistency, ensuring any gaps or discrepancies are addressed before progressing to subsequent workflow stages.
  • Monitor open tasks by delivering detailed status reports and managing coordination across Italy and Mediterranean destination operations, guaranteeing visibility of decisions, owners, and deadlines.
  • Keep a clear record of decisions and handoffs, allowing authorized team members to continue work without the need to reconstruct project history.
  • Support quality assurance by adhering to documented processes and escalate issues if clear ownership or status visibility cannot be established.

Success Metrics

Success in this position is demonstrated through effective project-focused coordination, clear documentation, and risk tracking that maintains handoff quality, traceability of decisions, and ownership visibility within the Canada team. All tasks must have designated owners and completed work should provide verifiable documentation.
