Key Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet planned production goals.
• Track manpower, machinery, and workflows to ensure smooth production processes.
• Keep accurate records and generate daily reports on production activities.
• Identify any operational problems promptly and implement remedial measures.
• Collaborate actively with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Inventory/Storing, and other relevant departments.
• Monitor raw material usage to minimize wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
• Ensure products conform to established quality standards throughout production.
• Drive improvements in production effectiveness and maximize machine utilization.
• Uphold workplace safety protocols and maintain order in production areas.
• Participate in ongoing efforts for continuous process improvement and operational enhancements.
• Provide daily updates on production progress and any issues to management.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 20,000 and 50,000 INR per month.
