Design Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Design Engineer skilled in AutoCAD to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves creating and updating 2D technical drawings essential for manufacturing and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with Production and Engineering teams to ensure designs meet product specifications, are accurate, and manufacturing-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Develop comprehensive manufacturing and fabrication drawings according to product standards.
• Ensure all drawings have precise dimensions, measurements, and technical details.
• Collaborate closely with Production and Engineering departments to satisfy design requirements.
• Revise existing drawings to align with production and customer needs.
• Conduct detailed reviews of drawings to verify accuracy prior to production release.
• Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and their revisions.
• Participate in the innovation of new designs and enhancement of current products.
• Offer technical assistance to the production team as needed.
• Ensure that all designs are practical, economical, and manufacturable.
