Role Overview

We are inviting dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team in Madoc, Ontario. This role offers an opportunity to profoundly impact the lives of clients of diverse backgrounds and ages through exceptional care and meaningful interactions.

Work Schedule and Hours

• Availability for 35 hours per week (70 hours biweekly)
• Working hours between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent certification (proof required)
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• French language proficiency needed for Quebec or where French services are required
• Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and dependable vehicle

Screening and Compliance

• Two supervisory references
• Clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
