Role Overview
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team in Tillsonburg, Ontario, and nearby regions. Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care in accordance with established care plans ensuring emotional, spiritual, physical comfort, and safety of clients.
- Provide personal care tasks permitted under provincial PSW scope such as skin, hair, mouth care, bathing, bowel and bladder management, repositioning, exercise, basic wound care, special diets feeding, oxygen administration assistance, and medication reminders.
- Carry out client-specific specialized procedures with proper training and competency.
- Observe, document client conditions following company standards, and report any unusual events or condition changes promptly.
- Adhere to infection prevention protocols.
- Use and operate Samsung or Android devices competently for accurate data entry while maintaining electronic data confidentiality through secure password use.
- Engage in ongoing internal and external professional development and training.
- Comply with Bayshore’s policies, procedures, and quality management systems.
- Participate actively in health and safety initiatives, promptly reporting risks.
- Safeguard confidentiality of client and corporate information, sharing it only within appropriate personnel.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Certification or diploma as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent (proof required).
- Valid driver’s license, comprehensive vehicle insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and oral English.
- For positions within Quebec or where French services are required, fluency in French is necessary.
- Ability to provide two professional references, clear criminal record check including vulnerable sector screening, and proof of negative tuberculosis status upon hiring.
- Potentially, based on provincial regulations and role requirements, proof of vaccination for illnesses such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, and seasonal flu may be required with medical or human rights exemptions considered individually.
