Overnight Order Picker Full Time - Regina

About the Role

The Home Depot is seeking a motivated Order Picker to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. This role involves supporting the expansion of our e-commerce efforts and enhancing customer experience by accurately preparing orders for pickup or delivery. You will utilize technology and equipment to effectively locate, pick, stage, label, and load customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by selecting, organizing, and staging products precisely to meet customer requirements for delivery or store pickup.
• Label orders correctly and place them in designated holding zones until dispatch.
• Operate lifting equipment such as forklifts after training to assist in order preparation.
• Use computer terminals and portable devices to verify product locations, check stock levels, and manage order data.
• Restock merchandise on shelves and maintain the organization of the sales floor area.
• Load customer orders onto delivery trucks efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• Availability to work flexible overnight shifts from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Sunday.
• Basic computer proficiency including using desktop computers and smartphone applications.
• Experience with forklifts or lift trucks is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Attention to detail; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment; self-driven to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
