Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities to exemplary standards during the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This role is crucial in ensuring that all areas including washrooms, common spaces, and play areas are spotless and welcoming.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate floor scrubbing machines and clean garbage bins throughout the facility.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize washrooms and common areas.
- Restock supplies such as toilet rolls, hand towels, and hand soap as needed.
- Dust accessible surfaces including phone booths, countertops, pillars, lighting fixtures, window ledges, and vents.
- Perform spot cleaning and deep washing of lobby floors as necessary.
- Vacuum entrance mats in lobbies to maintain a neat appearance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in floor care such as scrubbing, buffing, and polishing floors is advantageous.
- Proficiency in operating cleaning machinery and equipment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with supervisors, clients, and the general public.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong dedication to work.
- Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Possession of an Airport security clearance is mandatory for this position.
