Position Overview
The role involves working 37.5 hours weekly with the following schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm; Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm; with Thursdays and Fridays off.
Core Duties
- Sanitizing and cleaning washrooms and shared spaces.
- Restocking supplies such as toilet rolls, hand towels, and soap.
- Dusting all accessible surfaces.
- Spot cleaning and thorough washing of floors as required.
- Cleaning spots on walls and baseboards.
- Maintaining cleanliness of elevator and escalator floor guides and rails.
- Cleaning glass doors.
- Wiping waste bins and benches.
- Handling biohazard cleanups.
- Perform other reasonable assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Quick responsiveness and a positive, hardworking attitude.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- A clean police background check is mandatory.
- Effective communication skills.
- Residency in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
