Night Shift Packer/Driver

About the Position

Join a rapidly expanding global logistics company at its Dundee hub as a Night Shift Packer/Driver. This role is integral to advancing the delivery revolution in the UK, supporting the transport of parcels and newspapers for prominent high-street and online brands. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will help ensure efficient depot operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load vehicles while complying with relevant legislation.
• Deliver Newstrade and parcels accurately and punctually to retail customers.
• Maintain security of goods and vehicle during transit.
• Collect orders from previous days as needed.
• Complete all necessary documentation according to company policy.
• Organize and load inbound magazine supplies efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse environment.
• Adhere strictly to company procedures and policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Full UK driving licence with fewer than six penalty points.
• Minimum of three years driving experience.
• No history of disqualifications under NI, DD, or DR categories.
• Strong knowledge of local geography and commercial street addresses.
• Physical fitness appropriate for a demanding multi-drop driving and warehouse position.
• Demonstrated reliability, positive attitude, and flexibility regarding work duties.
• Willingness to undergo random drug and alcohol testing.

Additional Information

The role is located at InPost W Gourdie Industrial Estate, Dundee DD2 4SN, with working hours from 00:30 am to 08:00 am, Sunday through Thursday. The salary offered is £13.22 per hour. The hiring process includes an initial conversation with the talent team, followed by up to two more stages including a site visit.
