Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer based in Abu Dhabi with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. This role focuses on designing AI agent solutions, promoting enterprise-wide adoption of AI within Microsoft 365 applications, and enabling digital transformation across business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, leveraging at least two years of hands-on experience.
• Design prompt engineering, automate workflows, and embed AI capabilities into Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders such as IT teams, senior leaders, and business users to identify use cases and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Lead training workshops, Copilot clinics, and user enablement programs to foster understanding and adoption of Microsoft 365 AI tools.
• Drive enterprise-wide Copilot adoption by promoting an AI-first culture and measuring productivity improvements.
• Implement secure data integration and create custom Copilot agents and connectors suited to organizational needs.
• Support change management processes ensuring sustained AI adoption and value realization.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio implementations.
• Proven capabilities in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and automating workflows.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Platform.
• Experience working in enterprise settings driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering user training, workshops, and enablement sessions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to define scalable AI use cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic language.
• Experience leading enterprise AI adoption or digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of AI solution governance including enterprise security, data compliance, and regulatory aspects.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft AI, Copilot, or cloud technology credentials.
